SHIPPING 

We ship through USPS and Canada Post. Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period. Purest Hair Company will process orders between 1-3 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided us. On average, customers in the U.S. receive their orders within 3-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Customers in Canada receive their packages in approximately 5-10 business days from the time the order was placed. Other international orders have taken around 7-14 business days for delivery. During huge sales it can take up to 10 business days (International orders 14 business days) depending on the volume of sales. We will keep you updated if your package is delayed due to high volume of orders, weather, etc. Purest Hair ships worldwide, to any location that USPS will allow, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Business days do not include weekends nor holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin processing until Monday. 


COVID-19 UPDATE: Processing could take 3-5 business days due to COVID-19, but it has not gotten to this point except during huge sales. If you have not received a tracking number by the 5th business day after placing your order, please contact us ASAP via email at puresthair@gmail.com 





RETURN POLICY 

Purest Hair Company's mission is to give you TOP QUALITY hair you fall in love with as well as provide great customer service! All purchases are final. We will accept returns in exchange for store credit only. All returns will be of final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase. Shipping fee is nonrefundable. The hair must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, original packaging, and in new condition for store credit. EXCHANGE POLICY 

We will only exchange 1 time. The hair must be returned in its original new condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, original packaging, and in resale condition to exchange. Please contact us at puresthair@gmail.com for exchange instructions. It will be best to email us for exchange before your package is shipped to you. During sales we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back hair. Exchanges will be processed between 2-5 days. If you know what you will like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us before returning the hair. We will process your exchange and new order all at once.

  


CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancelling your order before it has shipped is as simple as getting a full refund processed within 24 hours upon emailing this company at puresthair@gmail.com with your cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped, Purest Hair Company will process orders between 1-3 business days. If you decide to cancel your order, we will gladly refund your order with proof of cancellation attempt within 24 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund, we will have to have the hair back in our possession before refund process is complete. Purchases must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, original packaging, and resale condition for refund. CANCELLATION BY PUREST HAIR COMPANY 

Purest Hair Company reserves the right to cancel your order and/or refuse to accept subsequent orders if information given by customer is deemed fraudulent.





DISCLAIMER:
This company operates directly from a factory which is then supplied to you. We do not work with middlemen. We have done a lot of testing, ensuring what we supply to you is high quality. This hair will last 2-4+ years if you take care of it properly. We provide all the proper details to ensure you have longevity with your extensions.
